Appointments may be scheduled with one of our team members by calling (801) 262-9782. We require 24-hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, please contact your Primary Care physician. Outside of normal office hours, the "on call" physician who receives your telephone call will determine the best course of action for your emergency.

Prescription refills should be handled during regular business hours and are not considered an emergency.
